Rex in at the deep end here after nearly 7 hours in the car... We decide to tackle Blencathra via Halls Fell Ridge. It is hazy, chilly and breezy, but dry.
Caution is warranted on Halls Fell Ridge, but it is not particularly dangerous or overly difficult if taken sensibly (unlike Sharp Edge, which really is quite tricky).
