Paw INDY SAYS: Made it this time! Rocky up to Red Pike, but OK after that walking on a long ridge
Scarth Gap is easy for me, and then I had a good long swim in Buttermere.

After failing to reach Red Pike earlier in the year due to poor weather, we are determined this time, even though is it the end of October.
We drive over Newlands Hause to Buttermere.
