Paw INDY SAYS: Walking through the woods made a nice change. And lots of places to splash in the water.

Whinlatter Forest near Braithwaite has some enjoyable trails and scenery. We approach via Kinn. For Indy there is lots of water to splash around in (Comb Beck), return via Thornthwaite

The weather hasn't been in our favour, so we change plans and take a pleasant stroll through Whinlatter forest.
The first part of this walk is quite a steep pull up Kinn from Braithwaite, before we swing North into the forest.
The clouds are low, but here it is atmospheric amongst the trees.
