Another early start as it promises to be a very hot and humid day. We are planning a circuit of the Helm Crag ridge, return via Tarn Crag and Easedale Tarn.
We are in a heatwave this week, so once again I am carrying significant amounts of drinking water.
Once again it is around 30°C in the valley when we finish our walk. I have more water in the car - Rex has a small extra drink and I have a large one before driving back to our accommodation.
