Join us on a fun trip to the seaside on the wide sandy beach at St Bees. Watch Indy enjoy the beach and explore the coast before going for her usual swim

Today's forecast is for increasing winds to gale force, and very heavy rain in the afternoon.
After checking the tides (at high tide the beach is only pebbles - the lower the tide the more sand there is), we set of again for St Bees.

As we arrive, apart from strong winds, the weather seems OK

Indy happy to get straight onto the smooth sand

Not many people about, we do meet a couple of other dog walkers

Our timing was fortunate - a few hours after this there was torrential rain
