We often stop in Latrigg for a stretch after the 6hour+ car journey. It marks our arrival in the Lakes and makes a lovely contrast to the driving. Views are good, it's breezy

An extra-long journey today with hold ups for roadworks between Scotch Corner and Penrith.
So once again we stop of at Latrigg for a stretch. It seems to be around 25°C today.
